THE PAN AMERICAN CONFEDERATION

This country is the most contiguous. The only non American territories it includes is Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia and some other Asian nations. It would be the most Libertarian of the countries, and the only that still allows its citizens access to unregistered firearms. A massive infastructure and education campaign would have rolled out across South America a few years after the country formed, funded by increasing rates of raw material exportation and a tourism explosion to the newly safe southern countries. All states must meet “freedom” standards to maintain membership or their government will be taken over by the federal government. Japan would continue to be monolingual and speak Japanese, but most Americans would learn Japanese in school, with a simplified Latin alphabet. The capitol would be Tokyo, in order to appease the Japanese and not favor any part of the Americas. (i think) It is the biggest country in the world.

THE AFRO-ASIATIC UNION

After THE EVENT China absorbed all African nations that were not already aligned with Europe. They didn't even have to bomb E-Corp to do it! They quickly used their resources and swift political will to modernize all of Africa and provide a huge new market for Chinese good. The Qualify of life in Africa exploded to meet international standards in under 5 years, and many diseases were eradicated throughout the whole country due to close collaboration with the UA. China also rolled out a new Language, Afrikaans II, which featured simplified Chinese characters and the elimination of the pitch system. They then rolled out the new language to China as well to simplify business between Asia and Africa while creating a barrier to western business with Africa. Those who did not comply with the new way of doing things quietly disappeared, but taxes were very low and those who did not make trouble were overall free to do as they please. Public services were expanded to Africa. Seeing all of this success, Most of southeast Asia and India’s Muslim neighbors joined the union.

THE EUROPEAN ALLIANCE

After THE EVENT the EU began to fall apart due to infighting and a series of *****exits. Once South Africa and Zimbabwe sent envoys to Europe to seek aid the countries of Europe realized they would have to unite or China would take over all of Africa. The decision was made to start the European Alliance and include nations based on their heritage, not their location. Many colonies applied and almost all were accepted. At first it was hard to make a balance between rich and poor countries, but in the end all were convinced to give what they could to help bring the poorer countries up to speed. In the end, it was the right choice (as China had already discovered). The modernization of Africa lead to the discovery of many raw resources and made extracting them much easier. For the first time in centuries copper was cheaper than aluminum thanks to massive mines discovered in Egypt and Jordan. The capitol Rotates to the capitols of each member nation every 5 years.

THE RUSSIAN AND ISLAMIC FEDERATION

Essentially, This country is the scraps made up from the pariahs that no other country would take. After the EA’s support of Isreal and remnants of Islamaphomia in the PAC most fundamentalist countries doubled down on religion and looked to faith to guide them after THE EVENT. Russia also had their weakness exposed after information came out that the population of the country was under 100 million and information came out about LGBT labour camps. OPEC was the only remaining alliance Russia had and since Brazil and the rest of south america pulled out in order to join the PAC mostly islamic countries remained, thus, the Russian and Islamic Federation was born. The RIF is an extremely loose and devised government. Collaborations between Arabic nations and Russia are lead by bureaucrats with the goal of creating the best economical impact. Luckly, the RIF remains the main source of oil for Europe and even some of the AAU.

Overall this world order works smoother then the one before it. There was suffering to bring the poorer countries into the first world and various cultures were sacrificed to fit into the strong mold of their new governments, but all disputes are solved peacefully and tariffs are a thing of the past. It seems THE EVENT was the precursor to the final stage of globalization. Competition is fierce between the four nations—it seems every olympic game is twice as big as the last—however, there is currently talks to create a league of all 4 nations to decide on international matters and start funding for a spaceship to Mars and the first man to live to 150 years, a farmer from South Africa, just died last year.
